ADRIVE.COM Lost entire backup. Company will not provide any information on recovering my files. Internet

I have been a customer of Adrive.com for the past five years or more. I never had a problem until recently, last month, when I needed access to my files. When I attempt to login to my account, I keep getting a "Maintenance Mode" error and that my account should be available within 24 hours. This has been going on for over a month. I made contact with their tech support after a few days of thi message and I received an email stating the same thing, "My account is in Maintenance Mode and will be available within 24 hours". After two more weeks of attempting to login, I sent another request to tech support and have not received a reply.

I need my files. Plain and simple. If they will just provide my files for 24 hours I will pull everything down from my account and take my business elsewhere.
