In October 2005, I was contacted by Raquel, from ADS Enterprise regarding advertising on the JIC Emergency guides for March 2006. I was told that for $350. they would send out 500 emergency guides to the Mesa Chamber of Commerce for distribution throughout the valley in Mesa, Az.

They indicated that they were working with the Mesa Chamber of Commerce. I paid for this in full and received a receipt in Dec 2005.

I did not receive the guides or any confirmation after that point. Nor did I receive back my proof to be sure everything was correct. Even after I submitted an address and phone number change. I started calling in May 2006, the promised delivery date. After serveral messages and unable to contact people for several months, I finally emailed the graphics department threatening to sue them and filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. On November 27, 2006, I received a call from Fred the owner he said. He was no better than the staff that was working for him. He refused to give me a refund, and said my product was shipped, which I still did not have. I did receive the junk JIC guide on December 2006.

I would not suggest that anyone use this company. You will be very unhappy with the customer service, and the product. There are several complaints regarding this company. Buyer Beware! These people should not be in business. I called The Mesa Chamber regarding this situation and there is no affiliation with the company. They sent a letter to the Attorney General Tom Miller in Iowa on my behalf.
