Complaint Review: ADS Enterprises

ADS Enterprises called me and said they were calling on behalf of our local chamber of commerce and were busy putting together an emergency contact magnet for our community and were wondering if my Real Estate business would like to be included on the magnet with an exclusive advertisement. I would receive 500 copies to disperse myself and each and every other business on the magnet would receive just as many copies and the product would be available late summer--August was mentioned to me. It is now the beginning of November and I am out $349 and still have no product to show for it.

I have asked to be fully reimbursed and the company will not comply. I am continually being told the proofs are out and waiting to be O.K.'d so production can start. I've been told this since the beginning of September. The fall Real Estate business I was hoping to earn from handing out this magnet and getting my name out there is now down the drain!

ADS Enterprises is a most definitely a rip-off! They should not be allowed to get away with this business practice.
