Complaint Review: Ads LED

I had Ads LED put a sign up at my place of business that ended up not working within two months. I tried and tried to get this company to honor the warranty and/or performance agreement that was made at the time of purchase. Instead of helping me fix the sign, they have ignored all my efforts to contact them. I also still have not received the proper training to run the sign, as promised when I bought it from this company. They claim to have operator assistance and 24 hour tech support, but all I can get when I call them is a voice mail trap that loops over and over. So now I'm not trained to troubleshoot the sign and they won't honor the warranty to fix it. This company if run by a bunch of crooks. My LED sign is worthless. It sits in front of my shop with no message and no lighting, just costing me money and taking up space. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE THE BIGGEST CON ARTISTS I HAVE SEEN IN MY 20+ YEARS DOING BUSINESS IN THE AUSTIN AREA.
