I did not want the service that I was paying for. I did not receive any notification that my contract was up. I did not give verbal or written permission to take money from me for a service contract that was satisfied. I want my money back March 2016 till January 2017. patty christian

Of course you don't have to take any responsibility for your accounts, as EVERYONE else is supposed to do it for you.  So why should YOU have to pay attention to YOUR accounts when they are a big company and can surely have an entire department just dedicated to this....right?

The fact is that if you read your contract, it basically states that they will continue to charge you for your monthly service until YOU cancel.  So yes you did give written permision when you originally got the system and signed the contract.  The only thing that the end date of the contract does is that once you have satisfied the contract you are no longer subject to any Early Termination Fees and penalties.

You are not going to get any refund back because they did provide a service for you during this time as per the contract.  If you try to dispute it with your bank they MAY be sympatheic and give you a couple of months back, but that doesn't mean that the company could then come after you...and they would probably prevail.

No I do not now or have I ever worked for this or any other alarm company, I just know what these contracts state because contrary to you I actually read what I sign.
