ADT Glvirt01 did not provided security system to my windows....I only had protection for 2 doors and no service to my windows...then I got identity theft in 2012, and all my calls were being monitored by ADT...and aurora, Colorado
Paid 1 1/2 months in advance and monthly pyments were deducted from Automatic deduction froom my back...constantyl had trouble with the battery not working properly and sevice came from Johnsong City, Tennessee and it always took them a week to fix any problems and I was constantlyl without service...

I immediatley began hearing baclgropund interuptions whenever I would use my phone, and could hear someone talking on the background all the time...I could hear someone picking up and laying down the receiver everytime I used my phone...Constantaly informed Charter, but they could not find a problem...Yet the problems persisted....then I was informed by IRS that I had identity theft...Yet I shredded everything and kept info secret...But the problem constantly kept apppearing on the phone, then I called ADT...yet they said it had nothing to do with them..didn't have anything to do with it...I told them I was having all kinds of problem with ID theft....I think that is how I got ID theft...My electric would go on and off during the day and the sevice would be not working and I would call ADT, yet they said "oh we will cehck it out"...yet they could never find the problem until I called them, and sometimes I would have no ADT sevice all day...For some reason, my ADTservice seemed to be out all the time, so I figure ADT failed me and I got ID theft...
November, 2012, I told ADT I was closing my bank acct...I was paid up through Dec. 7 2012...
and with all my medical problems I was having trouble with paying medical bills...talked with Duffy and she said they would shut off ADT Dec.8 , 2012 because she said she understood because of all my stress and medical issues...
Now Glvirt01 (collection agency is now threatening me) I have not heard from them since Nov. 2012.........I think they were involved in my ID theft, it had to come from ADT....and them failing to secure my windows... so ADT is now threatening me after 5 months.....
they are a very dirty company that does not protect their customers with the security they should follow through because they deducated money from my bank acct and failed to give services...
