ADT The worst customer service ever! Nationwide

First of all, you need your pass code. Oh and then when you send an email to request your service be stopped after your contract is up, you have to e-sign because, you know, they ARE a security company. Are you kidding me. AND they received my email, but didn't do a d**n thing about it, oh because it wasn't e-signed. Who else out there has their own private e-sign company. Not me, never had a problem like that before. So my request was basically a farce. 

Then called on a Tuesday to stop Easy Pay and was told it would take about 4-5 days (I don't think so).  They then took out a payment on that Friday when my payment wasn't due until Monday. Never got an answer for that transaction either. Thankfully I had money in my bank account and you know what would have happened.... 

Lastly, the third call went right out the window. The woman would not stop talking about we are a security company, blah blah blah and didn't let me try to explain my situation. Unfortunately, I ended up saying something to the effect of KMA and hung up the phone.

Do yourself a big favor and read your contract. This company will not give you a break and definitely needs people who know what the hell is going on. So I'm stuck with another $62 payment.  GOOD LUCK. You will need it.

Please be reminded that cancellation may be submitted verball, over the phone, with your security password. When cancelling services via written notice, an e-signature is not necessary. You may also attach a handwritten letter with your handwritten signature.
