I placed an order in the fall of 2013 and was charged, but received no product. It's now end of March of 2014. I sent a request for status on my order months after it being paid for. The reply was unconcerned and dismissive, with ''we'll mail it if we get it.'' They should not have advertised or taken payment for an item they did not have available. They wouldn't have even let me know, if I didn't reach out to them to inquire.
