Complaint Review: Adult Friend Finder

I have been using Adult Friend Finder for six months and all of a sudden I log on one day and I can't log on and use my password and username. I have tried to email Adult Friend Finder several times but all I get is something along the lines of :

Dear Member,

Thank you for contacting the Customer Support.

Please note that our Programmers are aware of the issue and are currently endeavoring to have the problem resolved as quickly as humanly possible.

In the meantime, we very much regret the inconvenience you're experiencing and continue to be grateful for your patience and understanding while we attempt to return you to a fully functional site.

For future reference please refer to Bug #48xxx

If the bug is not resolved after 2008-09-21, please write us another email so that we may compensate you again for the inconvenience and escalate further.

They have been taking money out of my account with out providing the service. If anyone can help me please let me know. I have tried multiple telephone numbers but have found nothing that works. If anyone can help me get in touch with a phone number please let me know.
