Complaint Review: Adult Probation Department

Hi, i have a mjor complaint against this department. Now keep in mind, i am in here because of my own actions of being in the wrong place and the wrong time; in my driveway walking into my house when a sheriff pulls in my driveway and shines the light on me and has a weapon drawn telling me to stop and get on the ground, but i was walking to my door of the house. So i have to do probation. Well i did the probation the first time and then it got violated because i didn't comply. I paid my dues and did the class. I submitted it, well they say i never paid, nor i went to the class so there was a bench warrant out for my arrest. OHH FUN!

Well since THEY FOUND ME and arrested me, they put me on probabtion again? Im on unsupervised probation and they gave me the same GUY that told the courts i didn't comply, but yet i did. That really makes sense. I can't back myself up, excpet maybe a reciept of the class, but as far as the certificate of completion, they wanted the original copy, now i know why. Well having the same guy, i paid my dues, like before, in fact i did it in FULL and i also submitted a 24 hours community service letter from a non-profit organization. Well guess what, im still on probation, but i was told when this was completed before July '07 i would be off probation. Well i wasn't, now it has been a year and i had to pay a fee for the probation which is $50 month. Now i was told one thing, and now it didn't get followed through. So what is you defintion on compliance? Because i gone farther than compliance to actually be done with it ASAP. Now it has been dragged out because you are not complying with me. I thought the courts sentence me to do probation for justice on their part, but how is it justifiable to not comply with me? Im sorry, but im not a cold hearted murderer, otherwise i wouldn't be on UNSUPERVISE PROBATION!

Well i had a question to ask and apparently my case is with another women, a hispanic decent none-the-less. Im not being racist, but how can a hispanic that can barely speak english have my life in her hands? Thats scary, so i made it a point to personally see her. At that time in Jan. 08 i have expressed the dilemas in my life between my job, living, car and said, and i quote, "don't worry you are doing a lot better than everyone else i have." Yes i stopped doing the $50 payments, becuase i NEED that money. She said, "thats fine, until the end of the probation period make sure you are all paid up." Its nice to know my country that can easily take away my civil rights can easily take away my life and put it in someone hands that also has history and how we treat their race with dignity and respect. Oh thats right, how high is that wall on the border? Why don't you lock me up in prison for life and call it even, because that is whats portayed in your mind to me as being a felon, but i don't have any felonies!

My rip off report is this incident. I contacted Claudia a yesterday to express that i cannot get these hours of community service like i did in July, but they didn't except it and also payments for the fee. Now if for someone that got screwed because the economy sucks, i have to suffer to fork up more cash than i have to compensate the difference for the economy?? Claudia had the nerve to submit my info to courts for non-compliance and order for a bench warrant. Now i made sure and had her reassure me that as long i get it done(another 24hours $400+) before my full 18months is comleted, i would be fine. Well my full 18mos has not been completed and she submitted it.

SHE LIED TO ME, SHE SCREWED ME OVER. Its nice to feel safe with my own government. I want justice, but we all know thats not going to happen. There is one question i want answered!

When a country that supports capitalism, communism gets confused by the actions displayed; Whats the crime, its being American Citizens? Im talking crazy you say, then WHY DO I FEEL THIS WAY? No one can tell anyone how they feel, nor can mess with free will. Illegal Immigrants are treated better than someone doing a misdemeanor. Now why call it a misdameanor if you are looked at like a felon?

I haven't talked with Claudia because she is on vacation, second time this year. Im glad that she is enjoying life, it just show she has no conscience, no compassion; just abusing the system to whatever makes her job nd life easier, even if it means screwing some one elses life.

Correct me if i am wrong, but isn't this how real crimes happen? Detain/arrest someone just because you only see as far as the computer screen in you car and not give a second look, being stern and strict to protect and serve the public? You people are throwing words around.
My opinion about this: Governments is an act like businesses do, they do things behind your back until they get caught, and then retalitate aganst you that its your fault, but in the end still make themselves look good. Everyone is human, every one makes mistakes, so how can you say your system is perfect and flawless?

I complied, i have spent nearly $7K on the courts and they have the nerve to put a bench warrant out for my arrest, because you hire people just to fill in the space. Thank you Arizona, Thank you America, for supporting your own citizens.

Im just curious; if i was dead and there was a bench warrant out my arrest. Joe Ahole whips up his sheriffs to waste taxpayers money because they have nothing better else to do than to go find those people with bench warrants. Now if i was dead and you did that; that means you would have to dig my body up and handcuff and litterally drag me to jail? It don't matter its the law. At that time you might just think, hmm, this is really creepy, i don't think we should be doing this, it doesn't seem right? So why is it at that time you would actually think before you and not when the person is actually a live? Wasting taxpayers money, think im inaccurate, then porve me wrong! Let me free from your arm bracelets and call it quits. Have you ever heard an expression called, "Beating on a dead horse"? Well that goes enough said!
