they took my money but wont let me have any contact with others. because they say my profile was declined due too being to short.but i answer all questions and they took my money any way...

I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SITE IT JUST SEEMS THAT MOST PEOPLE ON IT ARE FAKES ..I CAN NEVER SEEM TO HOOK UP WITH ANYONE THEY ALWAYS TELL ME TO GO TO A PAYSITE AND SPEND MORE MONEY

I have been using AFF for Many years and have met many new friends and have had some really great times (non sexual thank you)

Frankly I have never even upgraded my info and get MANY contacts regularly



My sister has a Upgarded membership and has never had any problems with hers but then she has a well thought out and well written profile as do I.Maybe if you followed the directions you would not have an issue

We require that all personal profile adds be at least 3 sentences long. This requirement is to help the customer add value to their profiles and to build better matches within our cupid reports. In certain circumstances our customer service reps have been known to make special arrangements with member's profiles. In your circumstance we will more than happy to adjust your membership accordingly, as well as compensate you for down time. Just remember, if you ever have any questions or concerns about billing or website protocol, please be sure to let customer service know.
