I was a member of both sites. Gold member at that! i left the site, but remained a standard membere at AFF. when i tried to upgrade, my card was charged, but no reply ever came back in the email form telling me what my password is!! no password, no login. how convenient!
tried to cancel and restart as a standard member. now i'm told, i have a membership on my email, so i can't rejoin. well if i am a member tell me my password, if not what the hell are they talking about! any attempts to retrieve password( forgot password) ignored. any emails for assistance ignored.
took the money and ran. in my book that's fraud. same thing applies to alt.com, and in all likelihood all sites affiliated with this corrupt agency.planning to write CA attorny General, since apprently the site emanates from CA.
