The charged our credit card on day 1. 7 months later (yes 7 full months!!), after several exchanges with their support team and receiving several excuses regarding things not being in stock, we have received nothing.
No refund, no shipped product, nothing. We were patient and gave them every opportunity to make this right. We even asked they send us *any* product they *do* have in stock and we would be happy just to get some value for our dollars spent. Still nothing.
This is essentially theft and I'm shocked that paypal, visa, MC and interac allow this company to use their services, since it essentially makes them accomplices to *theft*.
If you are crazy enough to shop there after reading this review, you deserve the same fate.

i purchased items through adult senesation 9months ago and still nothing they deleted there website and they no longer have costumer service help so now there avoiding me i filed a fraud report against them hopefully i will get my refund back some how
