This company got me not once, but twice. Two orders that I was charged for that were never shipped, for a total of $147.06.
Orders placed on April 27 and April 30. As of May 7, both orders show a status of "order received" and have been billed, but have never been processed or shipped.
Like others, I have sent numerous emails, which are unanswered, and called several times - the phone just rings, never answered. My last email, on May 7, advised that I would be contacting my bank and disputing the charges - still no response.
On May 10th, I learned that since this was charged to a debit rather than a credit card, I am not afforded the protection I would have with a credit card. However based on the numerous complaints on this site, they did take this as fraud rather than a credit dispute.
In less than 48 hours, my bank has refunded the money to my account. Anyone else in this situation, I encourage you to contact your bank.
