I have tried on a couple of occassions to contact by email an by phone but have been unsuccessful on all of attempts. I did receive an email confirmation that my order had been shipped but still have not received my order. There have been several ripoff reports on this site but they are still able to operate. They should wipe them off the web. Shame on you for scamming people...
