> 5.   To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.

> 6.   Prepare checks for payment.

> Time/Hours Monitoring

> You have to keep strict record of time and activities via a time-sheet.

> Time-sheet must contain your name, address, date,

> activities and corresponding time, mileage etc. It should be sent in

> every 2 days for monitoring.
