I purchased a van from Garrett at Adavnce Auto Sales back in March of this yr. My rear axle broke less than a few weeks while my kids where in the car. I've talked to them about it and they didn't do anything about it the janky sales man told if I brought in a receipt he would work with me and my payments by taken the reciept to use it towards my payments after I got my car fixed at my own expense. I've called no calls was returned. Then my phone got cut off and didnt' have no way to get up there. Due to this I've lost my job because of the van. He and his staff if very rude to customers and not willing to work with you period!!!!!! I am suing this car lot!!!!! Looking for a good lawyer in Indianapolis due to the Lemon Law for selling a used car. Not to mention it have 18 reports on this particular van that was purchased from there lot. And of course I am taken legal action to get my money back from fixing the car and payments as well.I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy or no one to Garrett or anyone from Advance Auto Sales.

Indiana Lemon Law

A vehicle must have no more than 18,000 miles and be within 18-months of the initial date of delivery to possibly protect the owner under the Indiana Lemon Law. Does your vehicle meet those requirements? What are the terms of the warranty?

If your vehicle does not meet the requirements of the Indiana Lemon Law and if the vehicle was an AS-IS purchase, what will be the grounds for a lawsuit against the seller?
