I purchased a vehicle from Advance Auto Sales car lot Sept 3, 2014 a week ago. The first day I took the car home as I was driving I notice that "NONE" of my gages were working( odometer miles,  gas gage) were not working properly I wasn't able to tell how much gas I had in my car. The second day I drove the vehicle I couldn't get the passenger window to go up. In addition I couldn't play my radio because the dealer took all the speakers out of my car. On top of all of the other problems I was having with the vehicle my car died on me and would not start so I had to get it towed to my home several times. After all those problems had occurred with the vehicle I contacted the dealer that sold me the car. I explained what was going wrong with my car the dealer rudely interrupted me and and asked did I take it to a mechanic " I told him yes I have already got it tested. He asked what was the results of the diagnostics test I explained to him what the mechanic had told me. The dealer got upset telling me my mechanic is wrong and he dand the place I took it to get looked at doesn't know what their talking about. I asked the dealer (Manger) if he could put me in another vehicle that was reliable and running well the dealer REFUSED. I went to the car lot to talk to the dealer again this time the dealer was rude screaming and yelling,  and cursing at me telling me to get off the lot or I would be escorted by the police. The dealer called the cops, I explained to the cops what was going on. The police officer advice me to go to small claims court to sue the auto dealer for lost wages and other expenses, report the dealer to the Better Business Bureau.

I am so upset that I even dealt with such a low budget car lot these people are rip offs. I haven't even had this vehicle for 30 days. The dealer refuses to cooperate and work with me they leave me know choice but to sue them. I have been financed for this vehicle and still responsible for payments. I'm a single mother who was ripped off by car dealers who seen me coming. Please do not purchase a vehicle from these people they don't care about putting you in bad cars.

How did the gauges, passenger window and stereo perform during the test drive? What are the terms of the written warranty?
