ADVANCE CLEANSE I never recieved my order, they not only debited my account for the 1.97 but also 79.95,plus 149.95 Internet

I ordered the trial weight loss acai berry and advance cleanse in the begining of February,I never recieved it when they said I would and they never debited my account so I forgot about it ! when I went to the bank to put my check in I was informed that my account was over drawn and I couldn't figure out why so I got the teller to give me a print out so loand behold  advance cleanse not only took out the $1.97 but another $79.95 along with it !! I called the company and talked to a man that spoke broken english and I could not understand his name told me that he could not refund my money but he could send me the product out ,I inturn cancelled the order! this was the 5th of march-on the 11th of march I was informed by the bank that my account was yet again over drawn and I had just put my 2wk check in so when I went online to check these people had yet again debited my account another $149.95 so not only did they take $231.87 out of my account for something that I did not recieve but they also cost me another $120.00 in overdraft fees plus bounced other bills I am a single mother of 3 and on short time,I did not recieve anything and would not have ordered if I would have know this would have occured !!!

I got screwed too, They finely after complaining with everyone I could find told me I could have a refund. I would receive it in five days. we are at day 15 and still no refund. The employee is full of s**t. they just post to make others think you are being taken care of so they can slam there card as well. Do a search for Kevin Dash he is the one running the show.  I hope the federal trade commission or one of the attorney generals gets this guy thrown in prison so he get his colon cleansed. Oh and if you think Visa will help you out think again as they are collecting from both ends on this little deal.
