Last year in June I received a call from Advance Resort marketing. Allen was the sales rep who took my info and said that for 890.00 they could sell my time share. They said new buyer would pay for all legal fees on transfer of ownership . Said my property was worth at least $34,000. I told them I had been taken before and could not afford to pay more. Allen out me on hold n came back an said 499 I've contact them several times and always the same answer. Working on it. Offers have been too low. I said I was willing to go as little as $30,000. Am still waiting for r
