Complaint Review: Advance Social Media

I am the daughter-in-law of a 89 yo female in Washington, DC ( our Nation's Capital----their mistake #1) who was scammed by this company. The company goes under SEVERAL names, "Hite Media", "Premium Business Solutions", etc.  She has lost, at this point, approximately $17,500 to these jokers!!!!!   She has MULTIPLE phone numbers and many many promises of services that would be done for her. After nearly 2 months, she has been unable to locate them.  To complicate it worse, we have discovered that they ran a similar scam on her last year for an additional $2-5,000!!!!   They used a different name and another Sun City, AZ address.  They will also encourage their victims to transfer money from bank cards to a CREDIT card.  They do this to avoid the additional security and protection the Bank card systems offer.

I have reported the names Mark Heritage, John Thompson, and Paul Zempiller (?) to the local poiice here in DC, to the fraud division of the Arizona police, to the FBI Securities and Exchange Commission, and a few other agencies.  They will not continue to due this to elderly unsuspecting people.   If we cannot rectify her situation, we will prevent it from happening to someone else.  I have listed below SEVERAL phone numbers that they direct you too.  NOne of them will give you a response. Finally, their most detrimental mistake......the scammed the 89 yo mother of a FEDERAL POLICE OFFICER!!!!  I am sure they will place some stupid half-a*s rebuttal here but, trust me, the phone number they list.....wont be answered and she will not see one dime of her $17,000 back.
