Complaint Review: Advance Telecom

Site pretends to be offerring Google Earth products. It charges for membership and says that you will have instant download after it hits your credit card. Supposedly it takes you to the free shareware site, but doesn't even do that. Here is the fine print:

This website has no affiliation whatsoever with the owner of this software program and only provides links to freeware and/or shareware software, The purchase of a membership, however, is not a license to upload or download copyrighted material. We urge you to respect copyright and share responsibly.
