I did Google search for a current version of Adobe Acrobat, found this site that was a few dollars cheaper for a download. Payment was accepted by PayPal. I bit, paid for the download, it was not forthcoming. I emailed the Customer site, they sent me a user name and password that was supposed to get me the download but Explorer rejected the site. After numerous attempts to acquire the site with no success, I filed a report with PayPal. I found your site on a search and it seemed to be a good resource so I have followed up with you and hope you can stop these thieves from taking people's money with no intention to provide the product they advertise. Let me know if you need any more information.

Unfortunately, many customers mix up PayPay with Paypal,; This transaction was done by paypal!

After checking the name of the merchant reported here above, we can confirm that PayPay never has this merchant as part of PayPay's merchant network.
It came to our attention that many customers mix up PayPay with paypal. These are two separate companies, which work very differently. It would be great if customers could pay attention to spell the name of the company they complain about to avoid such confusion.

To all thank you so much for your understanding and patience.
