Complaint Review: Advanced Air Solutions Inc.

This company sold my 82 year old great uncle a vacuum ($2600) for his 400 square foot apartment. He is incabable of making financial decisions but they are saying because he appeared lucid to the salesman, they will not cancel the sale. My uncle cannot even dress himself or walk for more than a few steps at a time. How can he push a vacuum cleaner and why would he need one so expensive??? Bad customer service, bad salesman, evil pratices.
