Advanced Auto Parts I paid for a part, never received the part and they wouldn't refund my money!!!!!! Parkersburg West Virginia
I paid for a part and i went to pick it up and they told me that it never came in, then i asked for my money back, so he went to the computer and said "oh, yes it came in, but someone picked it up." Yeah right cause i'm the someone. So he gave me a form to send to Virginia for a refund and NEVER HEARD FROM THEM!! I contacted The Better Business Bureau on them and Advanced Auto Parts told the BBB that there is NO record of my name any where in there computer for the past two years. What a liar!!!!! They stole $180.00 from me!!!!!!!!
