Advanced Auto Sales Reposessed my vehicle with out notifying me and I was only 3 days late. Now charging me 515 to get it back. Indianapolis Indiana
The vehicle is 2005 Equinox with over 210,000 miles. They are charging me almost 10,000 for the vehicle. I was only 3 days late and only owed 54$ and they took the vehicle back with out calling or returning my calls to work out the 3 days late. They are now charging me 515$ to get vehicle back. When I called them this morning, the manager was very disrespectfull to me. Yelled at me, cursed at me and called me names. I am shocked at how the MANAGER treated me and how disrespectfull she was. I cant believe they run their business this way. I have only had the vehicle 45 days and have already paid over what I was supposed to pay per month. I am supposed to be paying by weekly and I was only 3 days late.
