My wife, 6 yr and myself busted a fan belt in Tucson. The lady at this shop said that they were 24/7 repair shop. When we got to the shop I was told that they needed to wait for the belt until morning. So we stayed the night in a motel.

The next day we were told that the only problem was the water pump. The manager assured us that he had checked out the car completly and it would leave there safe. We went back in the afternoon and were told that the car was ready. After we paid for it , We were told that it was unsafe to drive. After a $300.00 waterpump bill. That included a $56 flush that was not proformed but was charged. Then I asked what it needed and was told that they needed to change the head gasket. So I asked how much. $700 I was told.

After 3 days we were told the car was ready. When we went to get it , We were told now it needs a new motor. This car was running great when it broke the belt and didn't get hot, as I pulled over right away.

As it is we spent 6 days waiting for our car and were told it was ready 4 times only to be told in the end it was not.

The thing that made me wonder about them is that the manager was drunk when we first took it in and told us 6 or 8 times that he wasn't ripping us off.
