I ordered a 14 day free trial tooth whitening kit. I called to cancel the account two days after I placed the order so that I would not be charged for any further shipments. I got a call from my bank saying that my account was negative over $100. So I called and there was a charge for $88.97...I had no idea what it was. (I also had bank charges of $76 because of this)

The bank told me it was advanced bright. What??? I called and spoke with an actual Colgate rep. and she said that advanced bright does not even have the right to sell colgate products. And what they are selling should only be used in dental offices.

I called advanced bright, and they said that I never called them to cancel...LIARS!!! I wanted to return the unwanted merchandize and you need a return merchandize authorization number to do that. I have sent them 10 emails requesting this, and they won't answer me!!

On their website it says that they answer their emails within 24 hours...WHATEVER!!! You have to send the return within 15 days in order to recieve a full refund. I know that they aren't answering my emails on purpose so that they don't have to give me my refund.

The only email I have gotten from them is one saying that I can keep the product and they will give me a refund of $34.99. If they aren't doing anything wrong, then why are they offering me money and the product???

You can receive a refund by contacting us at our billing department.
