My husband was the one that actually did this. He did receive the trial product and paid the shipping and handling. Then he noticed that our bank account was over drawn by quite a bit ( i believe 4 overdrafts of $35.00) we were hit with because Advanced Bright took out $89.99 out of our account which left us with insufficient funds to pay our bills.

We sent the little envelope back with the product in it saying on the envelope "return to sender did not order." We expected to get a refund but never did. My husband contacted the bank and our bank told us we couldn't do anything until Advance Bright put the money back into our account. The bank would waive the over draft fees. Well this never happened.

My husband did try and call the phone number listed and got through to someones personal cell phone and they didn't know what he was talking about. He email and never got an answer back. We got stuck for all that money. We feel that Advanced Bright should reimburse us all that is due to us. I don't have the amount in front of me now. I know my husband has those details. I think he gave up hope on any type of recovery of our funds. He even emailed the Crest Toothpaste people, but they never responded either.

ALL WE WANT IS ALL OF OUR MONEY BACK! THE AMOUNT OF $89.99 PLUS ALL THE OVERDRAFT FEE.

Advanced Bright Refund

To qualify for a refund, you must contact our billing department and ask for an RMA number with which you can proceed to mail the product back and receive full reimbursement. When sending in an email, explain the situation and why you are asking for a refund along with requesting the RMA number so in the future we can avoid occurrences like this. I apologize for any inconveniences or misunderstandings.
