A few days after I sold a couple items on Ebay I received an e-mail stating that they could help me start a legitimate internet business with a lot of income potential. From the moment that I called, up to the point that I gave them my $2540.00(savings) and signed the contract, I had no problems communicating with them. I realized that something was wrong when I tried to communicate with them in the 72 hours after which I couldn't cancel my contract. No luck. Since I had no choice I decided to go ahead and give it a try. I only got 12 training calls(with some rude people and 3 changes of mentors) which didn't help much. No access to more than 3500 products, no link request form, no link directory template, no web ring traffic swarm and a website(very limited) that has yet to make money. I'm left with a wiped out savings account and a $4112.18 debt.(and phone calls and bills from a 3rd(or 4th) company Highlands Credit Corporation).

Hopefully this will help someone decide before doing with such companies.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Pedro from Boston for any bad experience he may have had with Horizons Finance. We work diligently to offer the best customer service and support available to all our customers.

Horizons Finance is an indirect lender for numerous industries and retailers of products and services. We are not affiliated with any other companies; we are independently owned and operated.

You have included Horizons Finance and our collection company Highlands Credit Corporation in the title of your complaint unfairly. Horizons Finance did not sell you any product or service; we simply financed a balance for a product that you purchased on your own accord. As for Highlands Credit Corporation they are acting on Horizons Finance behalf as a collector of your past due debt.

If you are another customer that is reading this feel that Horizons Finance has failed in some way please call me directly at 800-219-2214 or email me at Support@HorizonsFinance.com and I will be happy to address your concerns.

Sincerely

Kevin Pilon

Precision Point Marketing is no longer in business

#3Author of original report

I filed a complaint with the Utah division of consumer protection and a couple weeks later they sent me a letter saying that they closed the investigation because Precision Point Marketing is no longer in business. I googled them and they came up #3 but their phone numbers are disconnected.
The other company Advance Business Development have a new site and a new address in Livermore, California.
