Company called my secretary & claimes she authorized a $49.95 charge which she did not. It was "hidden" in my Verizon phone bill & I noticed it 10 months later when reviewing phone bill. Now I am working on getting refund & will contact Massachusetts A G consumer Division. This is an absolute scam & it is not quick to discover because it is hidden in the bill which most businesses do not analyze each month.
