I received a call several times from different people stating that I had an overdue balance with CashnetUSA. They said that I would have to pay them by a certain time or I would receive a warrent for my arrest for check fraud. I followed the process they gave me to pay them the money and got a money order send in to them (which I still have the receipt for) and paid them the money.

I am now being called from a different agency (what I am assuming is the real agency), stating that the money was never paid and I have 3 active lawsuits against me. If I am to go to court, I will end up paying WAY more than the original balance of 336 dollars. I should have researched the first company because if I had I would have relized it was a fruad in the first place.

I can not afford to pay another 336 dollars to the right agency because I have 3 kids to pay for and a job that I barely make ends meet with. I would really like to find whoever stole my money and have it returned to me so that I can pay the right agency and have this taken off my shoulders.

You should of realized this was a scam . The next time they call tell the caller a hex has been put on them if they are middle eastern they believe in this. If the money order has not been cashed go to the place were you got it from and have a stop payment issued. Tell the manager of that store that you need to do a stop payment on the MO right away.
