Complaint Review: Advanced Check Processing

I too got a call today from an Angela, she put me on hold then Anthony came on. At first they sound like they're willing to work with you but as soon as you ask for any kind of written notice to protect yourself they get defensive and start using big legal words to scare people. He also said I had an hour. I called back after i researched my bank statements looking for my payment being drafted and first they told me he went downtown courthouse to submit paperwork BUT then when he called back he was just in a meeting which shows that everyone is a liar in that company.

He then called our main switch board and asked the receptionist a lot of questions and started to get upset with her.

After i read all the other rip off stories and how they all had pretty much the same story line... about background checks and talking to my employer (like employer is going to do anything other than to tell them DO NOT CALL HERE AGAIN) etc... after all that i reported the company and Anthony Freeman to FTC. If anyone else gets these calls please please please issue complaint to FTC after they get several that is cause for civil suit against the company themselves for harrassment.
