We are fed up with Rossi's blatant lies and lack of service! After the first month the cleaning declined drastically. Rossi had a great sales presentation with all the bells and whistles making us believe he would provide an excellent service. He stated his employees are thoroughly trained in all aspects of cleaning and that he pays his people higher than the industry standard. Advanced started out with three employees to clean our facility but after a month we noticed there was only one employee. Our building was quickly becoming filthy and neglected. When we talked to the one employee in charge of cleaning our facility it became apparent she was lost and had no formal training. Our Office Manager was so frustrated she stayed late to train this employee and realized it was too much for one person to clean effectively.
Rossi continued to tell us he had it handled however it has been several months and nothing has changed. It has actually got worse. This morning we had a staff meeting and the consensus was unanimous that this is the worst service we have ever experienced. We have had enough of Advanced Cleaning Professional's lies and shenanigans. Rossi made us believe he had a warehouse and office when in fact he runs his business out of a P.O.Box. This was another one of his many deceptions.
Rossi we hope this makes you realize you cannot just blatantly lie to your customers and neglect their service. We strongly advise anyone entertaining Advanced Cleaning Professionals to be forewarned of the nightmare we have been going through. We are done dealing with Rossi and are canceling our service with them.

This cleaning company is plagued with problems; they have a continuous problem of misguided cleaning. You get a new employee after one decides to quit frustrated with their management. How can a cleaning company like this be on the move to advertise for more business when they can’t manage their current cleaning problems? Bathrooms appear to be no better than the last cleaning company yet they are claiming they have things under control but employees seem to be still quitting on them. One staff member said they weren’t getting paid and also Advanced Cleaning Professionals wasn’t buying enough cleaning supplies they employees requested. Not so professional if you claim your professional in your business.

I would question some of their employees, I don’t think they do thorough background checks on their staff. The work isn’t horrible just I don’t think they’re the service they claim to be.

Hello,
We want to say if this is an actual client and not a competitor trying to tarnish us, we apologize for your experience, and that we am truly grateful for your business. Although, we are skeptical about the authenticity of this report because we have not lost an account since the great recession (those accounts where lost for economic reasons) and no one has contacted us to terminate services.
Training: All our staff members are screened and trained. They receive one on one training with several aspects to the learning process.
Pay: D.O.E. but we have always paid above minimum wage and we have salaried employees that make a very decent living with our company.
Office Location/P.O. Box: The city will not grant a business license to our type of service unless you have a physically verifiable address - even if it’s a home address. We do have a brick and mortar office as well as warehouse. In fact, we have two locations with warehouses. We simply prefer to receive all our correspondence and deliveries at our P.O. Box. It’s not a lie, it’s just the place we receive our mail. As far as we know there is nothing wrong with that and is pretty common for businesses these days.
But if you are actuallya client, please contact me and we can meet at any of our locations and you can tour our offices/warehouses anytime - today if you’d like! Just be warned that janitorial equipment and supplies make for a pretty boring tour:-)
Potential Clients: Anyone can post anything about anyone at anytime on this site with complete anonymity and without verification of truthfulness. We have recently had host of very unprofessional business practices levied on us by our competition. Our website was plagiarized by a local competitor (literally word for word, graphics, everything) and whole host of other unscrupulous tactics to bring down to there level. But we refuse to compete at the bottom!
To the Competitor who posted: Just because your company has taken a pounding on the web justified or not, does not mean you should come after us - we have nothing to do with your reputation! There is enough business out there for all of us, and resorting to these types of practices is low and completely unnecessary. We have earned each client fairly and honestly; no bells or whistles, just professional materials, presentations, and service
On a personal Note: We care deeply about our business, our services, our staff, their families, and our clients. We will never suggest we are perfect and don’t make mistakes, but we do not operate a deceitful practice! Our intentions are true, our sales practices are ethical, and we make every attempt to deliver the best service possible. We have a long and rich history of PROMINENT, RESPECTABLE and VERY SATISFIED clients throughout the county, and we can prove it!
