we did business with Advanced Conservation Services in November 17th 2010 for a new Heating and Air conditioner that was installed on December 21st 2010, we expected for them to correct all vent ducks for air flow and we are still having the same problem many of the vents don't have air flow coming through.

we where told that we where approved for credit by Advanced Conservation Services with GE money and after the the unit got installed we where called and told that we where no longer approved and for us to call GE money.

we called GE money and they told us that they where no longer doing business with advanced  c/s way long before installation. we talked to one of the staff to have them fine another financial service to finance the contract.  we recieved a call from Mike Wynne and he said why we didn't want to pay our bill. we told him that it wasn't that we didn't want to pay the bill and told him about the financial problem he said that he was going to check into other finance companies.
Mike said that we can pay half down and balance in 60 days.

we recieved a nasty call for Roger Kilby telling us that he was going to put a lien on the house and issue a law suit on us. we again had to explain the problem and he stated to us that the contact was with Advanced Conservation Services not GE money and that we where in violation and attorney if not resolved and paid by that week. we paid half of bill on the 3rd of January and the balance in 30days.

we mailed the balance on the 26th of January and on Feb 3rd Angelica from Advanced Conservation Services called for final payment we told her that it was mail and I recieved delivery confirmation that they received it on 27th of January. they never called to inform us of them moving to a new location in Sacramento. Angelica said to stop payment and re issue asap.

I have called two of there employee's and have been told by them that they are no longer employed by ACS they left because of mis information givem to customer that they install the units even knowing that the customer is not asign financing and they tell them that they are going to be a lien on the property if they don't pay the bill.

we fill that this company of companies are doing fraud advistment using PG & E as a sponser to get business,

as of this day the unit has not been inspected by city engineer and sign off for completion also we fill the unit needs to be inspected by the company or another agency.

default on agreement

Advanced Conservation Services made a agreement on February 23 2011 to return to complete the work to repair and replace ducts interior piping for proper air flow to all vents and the permit to have the city inspector to look over the unit, if we would send the final payment they sign that they would do so. on March 9, 2011 they sent a subcontractor to our home and it seemed that he was going to do the work, after he looked everything over he told me that he needed to submit the estimate. ACS went back on the agreement made I called and left message to call me and they didn't. I had to call several telephone numbers to try to reach them and all numbers where no longer in service but one the I called and left message with Angelica to have Amanda Ross and Gabriela call me till this day no phone call,

On March 16, 2011 I decided to send a fax over to see if they would response  regarding agreement and permit, I received a fax back with no ones name on it stating that the company has been dissolved and is no longer in business, and regarding the ducts they agreed to seal them and that wasn't what they had signed, the last thing they stated in the letter is (nevertheless the company is closed and is no longer licensed to perform any work.

I sent another fax to send the orginal permit and that they went back on there word and who is responsable for repairs and any completion if any when city inspector comes out.

so now we are stuck with  finishing the work paying out of pocket and we have a 10 year warranty
on the unit who do we get help from resolve this nightmare
