Complaint Review: Advanced Construction and Renovation

This Company is a rip off, even more, if you are planning to use it for repairs at your home, to be claim to the h*o insurance, DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY'S ADDS. " WE HELP YOU WITH YOUR INSURANCE CLAIMS", neither trust what its owner say, Be very, very careful, also never sign any document, they catch you by telling you that the document  to be signed is only a simple authorization for them to be able to talk to the insurance, and file the claim, ohhh surprise,there is a few words on that document that tide you up until they get their chunk of insurance money. Thanks to this company, I have been without even acces my master bathroom for 8 months already, also, after they destroy my property, they left me by myself dealing with the insurance claim as well as with the damages at my home and lots, lots of inconveniences, it is my experinece that they just use your insurance policy to claim the money for "repairs" but, the real truth is that the job they do is not to fix anything, instead, they leave your property destroyed enough so they can get more money from the insurance claim, this company is that bad that after all this big issue, I have to get a public adjuster and lawyer to get this fix.... Something that was a simple water liking, became a big inconvenience for me and my whole family. as matter of fact, this company is charging my insurance with USD 25,000.00 for: first drying, then demolish a 8' by 6' batroom, tha is all, now I am asking myself, What is the purpose of drying something that at the end is going to be demolished then replaced?, I assume that the reason is to charge more money to the insurance, that it is ridiculous!!! Consider that my whole house is only 1,561 sf, With that amount of money, I will be able rebuild the whole house, however, for this company,was just enough to destroy one bath..... Ripoff !!! Please, read all bad reviews this company has on all different web sites ... Advanced Construction Renovation in South Florida, should not continue in business for all such unethical and malicious practices, just getting advantage of people's difficulties and lack of knowledge, for them just to get insurance money.
