I AM GOING TO VISIT COLUMBUS THIS MONTH AND MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP TO MEET PAPPAS.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY TECHNICIANS...THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON.

Ross Pappas,

On March 31, 2013 I wrote the following email and delivered to your corporate offices;

First of all I want to thank you for entrusting me with your clients work orders.

On January 28th, 2013 I received a work order [R21726] requesting a bid on an emergency repair of a cash wrap.

On February,6th, 2013 I completed the work order, submitted the assessment/quote invoice[R21726-I] together with the emergency repairs invoice[R21726-II]coupled with the supporting documents.

Today marks the sixth week of which I have not received any payment, nor correspondence.

With that being said I respectfully request status of  the payments.

Respectfully submitted,

I have also placed several calls to your organization, only to receive an explanation as to accounting challenges together with PACSUN challenges. I have been patient with your organization for several months now; over 90 days. However, I am now demanding monies owed to me in the amount of $480.56together with $90.00, totaling $570.56.

Said monies shall to be delivered not later than May 13, 2013 end of the business day

If said monies are not received by said date, I have been advised by my attorney in West Palm Beach, FL. to allow him to initiate a complex mechanics lien situation of which  I will be forced to encumber a Mechanics lien claims against the owners of Miromar Development Corporation, together with a Mechanics lien against the tenant’s; Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. leasehold interest in the property, while also filing documents against Ross Pappas, individually together with Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corporation.

Whereas, Pacific Sunwear of California Inc., a tenant of Miromar Development Corporation, commissioned Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corporation  to perform certain maintenance obligations for its retail stores. Thereafter, Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corporation   commissioned Your Mess For Less to perform such duties of which were fulfilled. Therefore, said liens shall be against the entire property and the property owner's interest therein, together against the tenant's "leasehold" interest.

The construction work was initiated by the tenant, of which was initiated by Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corporation acting as an agent for the tenant, therefore Ross Pappas, individually together with Advanced Facilities Maintenance Corporation is considered the agent for the tenant of which is the also considered an “agent” of the property owner.

Furthermore, I will also be forced to disclose said information to Professional Retail Store Maintenance Association’s (PRSM) Professional Corporate (Retail) Members of which I maintain a current membership directory together with the Professional Retail Members email database.

These encumbrance on the property can be problematic for tenants, property owners, lenders and the agent.

Please govern yourself accordingly.

Respectfully submitted
