Complaint Review: Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning

These scums sent my mom a flier in the mail to have her furnace serviced offering a special deal.  The deal was far from special as they charged her an inflated price on parts.  Ok, so what, but... they blocked her hot water heater so the combustion sensor would shut it down and a technician is the only one's who can reset it because it's gas and could blow up.  They were smart and turned the gas off, but she wondered why she didn't have any hot water after having her furnace serviced.  They want another $150 from an 80 year old lady to come out and "fix" her hot water heater.  I called them and the owner called me back and promised to send someone else over to check it out (but still wants to charge).  They NEVER SHOWED UP!!  SCUM BAGS THAT CAN DO THAT TO AN OLD LADY!  THEY ALMOST GOT AWAY WITH IT!
