Advanced Insulation Services, LLC Tim Steinmetz, Scam School for Insulation Serives Scumbag Tim "The Scam Artist" Steinmetz Winter Haven Florida
I entered into an agreement with Advanced Insulation Services, LLC out of Winter Haven Florida to do a major project in my commercial plant. I originaly met with Tim Steinmetz and we agreed on the terms of the project and the price.
The problem is nothing that scam artist said was true the final bill was 35% over the contract rate and he told me if I did not pay it then he was going to rip everything out and put a lien on the property. He was the most un professinal person I had ever worked with.
To make matters worse, the day the inspectors arrived he started an argument with them. They recommended very small or minor changes and instead of just doing it he started an argument and I have to work hard for a few weeks to get them to forgive and forget.
I called that scumbag to settle our problems and he would not even return my calls or emails. I finaly told his secretary I was going to file and complaint and WOW with in an hour he called me back. not to say sorry, not to say lets work this out but to tell me that if I file a complaint he will sue me and talk bad about my company.
Welll Scumbag Tim Steinmetz see you in court!

The reason I got screwed by Scam Artist Tim Steinmetz at Advanced Insulation Services, LLC is becase I did not find any bad reviews online. I am a former employee of Tim Steinmetz and I want to give you my 2 cents. You complained that the final price was a lot hirer than the contract amount. I wanted you to know that is standard practice with Tim Steinmetz. almost every job I worked on the final price was higher than the contract price. You are not alone.
He does that on purpose, When I asked him about that he told me 99 percent of companies just pay it and dont even complain.
If you are planning on doing business with TIm Steinmetz at Advanced Insulation Services, Watch Out!! Be Carfull! The saftest way to do business with TIm Steinmetz at Advanced Insulation Services is to find their compeditor and hire them..

I do not think that we should be talking about our problems in public and I think its much better if you called me directly. I do want to address some of your statements.
First, I do not hink its fair to blame me for all the problems with the inspectors. I simply pointed out out he was wrong and he was wrong! That is not trying to start a fight, it was not my fault he over reacted!
Second, The only reason you got a larger invoice than what I originaly quoted you was becasue when I generated the quote I forgot to include the back portion of the system, It is only right that you pay for work that was done.
Lastly, I did not threaten you, I simply said if you dont pay me I will post about your company online. Of course you must pay the balance on your account.
Please call me so we can resolve our problems.

I do not think this is the proper place to talk about our problems and I would appreciate it if you would contact me directly. I do not think it is fair to blame all of the problems with the inspectors on me. I truly believed they were wrong and I was simply trying to educate them. It is not my fault they have a few bad inspectors. Most inspectors i have worked with are very good.
If you remember when you gave me the tour and explained everything that needed to be done I took detailed notes and the quote I came up with was based on those notes. everything we did was 100% correct and completed with in the budget. The increase you are talking about was for the "Back Section" somehow I left that off my notes so It never got included in the quote I gave you. It is only fair that you pay for the work that was done.
Lastly, I did not threaten you, I was honest by saying that I would file a bad review about your company because you refused to pay the bill. And as of today you sill have an outstanding balance so please pay your bill so I do not have to file suit agaist you.
