Whatever happened with this guy(baton rouge Louisiana) i have same story but i have one proof it prove that this company (advanced lamp) knows what they are doing with customers and they don't care what so ever..
The first
lamp didnt work at all, They said they would return it to stock although it was defective .Waited over two week for them to get it back and check it out and mail me one back. The second one work less than one month and melted to the tv.My tv was just over two year old , and now the damage it over 1500 dollars to fix due to the lamp conector melting. Advanced lamps said there lamp was defective but did not want to refund my money ,because it had been longer the 30 days since I bought the first lamp ,which never worked. I am now going to have to buy a new tv.dont need thier lamp. They are very hard to get by phone,forget leaving a message or emailing you have to just keep dailing over and over untill they answer .Hope you have a lot of time.I was finally told they would send me my money back .Two week later yet to get it .The other choice I gave them was deal with my lawyer and fix my tv , it may come to that yet, if my refund dosnt get here soon .I was being nice ,I think
