Complaint Review: Advanced laser

Bad bad ripoff They stole my money and won't refund!!!! Agnes who claims to be a manger and Monica (who claims she's the manger too ) both promised a refund They have a complete different staff everyday And nobody knows what's going on Maria and Shelia the receptionist are total dolls I actually am thinking of offering them a job I own a very successful company and could use smiling faces like those How they deal with the rest of bunch is beyond me! I have all paperwork and receipts to prove my case Also a statement in writing about my refund. Of course I have copies of all correspondence and phone records.

Because the service I bought for 1500, they do not even do!!! They told me nov 30 I would get a refund I call every single day and no one returns my calls! I have talked to many people about this company (including the staff including Sheila and Maria who are total sweethearts by the way) and they are all quitting! They felt bad for me and all said I have been more than patient! Red flag!!!! When you see turn over like this you should run !! I went 4 times (had to get a driver, a babysitter for my appt) and get there and they say sorry we must reschedule and the worse part didn't even care! Not to mention they charged me $1200 to do filler Then the next week I see it on living social for 299! Nobody there cares! I'm reporting them to better business bureau today and also Bank of America, where they charged my card for the service they "claim" were getting!

I have been more than patient Do not waste your time!!!!!! But you never know, they make think they can get away with it. Lol not this time! I'm also reporting them to living social because they don't want shady crooks on there site! Such a sad sad disappointment! I expect the doors to be shut soon!!!!!!! It's sad that they don't even have a doctor doing Botox The lady who did my filler..... Let's just say my 2 years old niece could do a better job No doctor on site!!!!!!! The girls that run the machines have no training I actually set up the machine myself One day they forgot about me and left me in there for double time I just sat there and finally unhooked the machine myself and walked up to the front The girl was gone on break While I just sit there like an idiot They laughed and said sorry....... I'm reporting them!

Especially after BBB investigates!!plus the bank won't allow them to accept credit cards if they are stealing from customers I am doing this as last resort I have been trying for a month I hate to cause them problems but they don't seem to even respect me enough to call me back! I have spent over 5 grand with them in the last 3 months But hey.....: look at there reviews!!!!! I hate that I have to write this but I don't want anyone else to be treated so bad like I was SHAME ON YOU! Kharma Khama Kharma! All that's left to be said!!!!!!! You will see this on BBB, consumer complaint dept and rip off report I urge anyone that had even half the bad experience I did to report them! Crooks and liars!
