Complaint Review: advanced moving and storage

I am writing this to advise people not to use Advanced Moving and Storage. If you do, you'll be sorry for a very long time. After a horrible moving experience, I filed a damage claim back in August 2010 and it's not been settled even with additional purchased insurance because the owner(Jim) does not want to pay their portion of the deductable. They still have not paid the deductable and their reason is that business is so slow that they just cannot afford to pay $500 deductable... I wonder why?
I would strongly advise you not to call them! You should never let these people handle your goods.
