Complaint Review: Advanced Nutriceuticals LLC

There was no mention of a cancellation required or an Auto-ship and a fee of $79.95 plus shipping.  I WOULD HAVE NEVER AGREED TO THAT PRICE.  They waited 3 months - probably hoping I wouldn't notice or have proof of what I ordered.  But, I do have copies and there was no mention of an auto-matic renewal.  I never used the original product and could even send them the unopened box if they want it.  I am returning this package and calling my bank to cancel the charge that I did not authorize.  The package i just received, December 11, 2018 is being returned and they charged my credit card $84.90.  This company is a scam.  The package had no contact information on it so I could call them to return it.  Luckily, I had the original e-mailed copies of the invoices and their name and found a phone number on the internet.   I called  800 917-5510 and spoke with a lady who said they couldn't do anything about my problem.  She said that I agreed to pay it.  NOT TRUE.  There is NO WAY I would agree to pay $84.90 for this cheap junk.  It is taking me 2 hours to research this, call them and write this complaint.  If you check, you will find that this is their M.O.  SCAM
