Complaint Review: Advanced Solar Construction

I have been working with David Beers and Chris Solecki with Advance Solar Construction for several months.  I brought in close to three quarters of a million dollars in business to Advance Solar over the last 5-6 months and have never received a single commission. Not one commission check.  Nada, zero, zilch. Unless you consider a text with a Woot-woot a commission, then I received lots of those for all the sales I closed.

I lived on a 'draw' and realize I was hired on a hand shake and no employment contract was ever established. Therefore, this is how Advance Solar Construction is able to get away with not paying the money I earned and are probably stuffing their own pockets with the commissions I/we made.  I /we don’t have any legal recourse. Well played… well played.

However, I’m not the first one of your victims. Advance went from ripping off customers who probably did have legal recourse, to just ripping off your employees. See links below.

I am still Not paid and have done some further research on this group of owners.  It appears  that David had been scamming people for a long time with other owners like Dwaye white, Joseph McCullough, Tracy Walter and a Mark Kiser even spent some time in prison. 

I found articles that the local newspaper caught these owners not being properly licensed. Tearing peoples homes apart and leaving them that way.   they ran out of money under a diffrent name and left people with no interior.

 If they do not pay the people that make them money then what do you think will happen when you need service from them as a customer?

YOUR A FOOL TO WORK FOR THEM OR BUY FROM THEM!!
