Advanced Technology Nature Katosha paid for items I didn't receive Scottsdale Arizona
I paid for a trial offer for Nature Katosha skin care product. I never recieved the trial offer. Before the 14 day period had ended my bank was drafted $79.98 for a full order of this product. I never received the products. I call the number shown on my bank statement for Nature Katosha 480-300-4087 i could not get an answer, I kept calling and after two weeks of calling I got an answer, the person I explained the problem to the rep i spoke with and was told she would have to look into it and would call me back.
I gave my number and address after about a week, I hadn't heard anything so I called back and could not get an answer. I searched online for an address or phone number and could not find anything contact information . I continued to call periodically for a couple of months and could not get an answer, unfortunately I didn't think to dispute the bank information, because I was hoping to eventually get the product. I tried again today and found the number no longer working. I was ripped off a total of $83.00 dollars and will never try trial offers again. buyers beware of Nature Katosha! If someone knows how to contact these people please let me know.
