Complaint Review: advanced towing company LLC

Advance Towing has towed my car twice, both time were bordering on illegal.  The first time I parked in a Contes Parking spot, bought $500 worth of bike supplies, then walked across the parking lot and worked out at Golds for 1 hour.  The tow truck driver watched me exit Contes and enter Golds, then towed me.  The Contes owner gave me a gift certificate for the amount of the tow.  The second time I parked in near the Apple store near courthouse, arlington.  The meters in that area are 24 hour, but you it only says that on the back-side of the meter, which you will not see from the street/parking spot.  As it was 9 pm on a Sat, I assumed no fee would be required for the meter (like everywhere else in the metro region).  While I was only gone for 30 minutes, the crooks from Advanced towed my car.  In fact, they towed about 10 cars from that lot.  The Apple folks and the other merchants there should be ashamed of the ploy.  Also, the people who run Advanced are about as trashy as I've seen.  I have no problem with towing, but these guys are crooks.
