Complaint Review: Advanced Wellness Research Inc.

I ordered a product from the Advanced Wellness Research Inc's website. I was required to pay $4.99 for shipping and handling that was billed to my account on 11/19/2008. I attempted several times to contact Advanced Wellness Research Inc. with the number provided to cancel during the allotted trial period. Each time that I called I reached the Advanced Research's recording that said the mail box was full.

I received my bank statement and became aware that I had been charged $78.81. After noticing the unauthorized charge on my account, I immediately contacted Advanced Wellness Research Inc., and to no avail the same thing occurred. Also, the product in which I was billed for, I did not receive.
