Complaint Review: Advancedbright - tooth Whitening

I ordered a tooth whitening kit on-line for 4.99 and a 1.00 for insurance,total 5.99 which was deducted from my account.my order was placed on the 9th of July and I recieved it on the 31st.had a fourteen day trail,if I didn't want any more shipments for a total of only 88.97 every thirty days I could cancel at anytime.When my order did arrive I was not impressed so I cancelled any future shipments,to my surprise my account had already been charged the 88.97 for a shipment I never recieved.I had called the company at the number that was listed and they told me to e-mail them with any concerns and that they could not help me.What kind of company gives you a phone number to call and can't answer any of your questions?Like the man said I e-mailed them this morning and to no avail I have not heard back from them since my e-mail.This company and web site should be ashamed of how they coduct business.Shady,just shady.Don't due business with advancedbright
