Advanta Bank Corp increase intrest rate from 14.9% to 36.33% without notice Philadelphia Pennsylvania
i notice in my monthly bill the interest rate went from 14.9% to 36.33%. when i call them and try to reason whith them , they told me it is nothing they can do, and they had notified me. that is a lie. they never contacted me or mail me anything.
