I am a small business owner who has closed the doors on my business, I have paid Advanta the entire amount I borrowed with my Advanta small business card, but still have an unpaid balance of over $2,000. In addition my APR is 29.99% and I can not get it lowered nor can anyone assist me in recovering the thousands of dollars I have paid to Advanta that have not been posted to my account. No matter how much I pay Advanta I still have a balance of about $2,000.00.

I have called and tried to correct this mistake but no one can help me, an I am transfered to INDIA every time I try to fix this mix up.

In addition to all this I recently found that Dennis Alter AKA Enron's Ken Lay is the CEO of Advanta from the grave?? How is this legal? This man has stolen Millions from the American people, faked his own death, changed his name and is still stealing from the American people.
